Design from scratch or changes to our existing plans are not a problem,
since this allows us to be as creative as possible. We strive to give

your money to build a better house in the beginning rather than have
problems down the road. Since we actually take pride in what we do and
enjoy building a quality product, we are our own worst critics!
The process can be as simple or
involved as you wish. You may visit our model and choose from standard
plans and or selections. You choose your level of involvement because
we want you to enjoy your home for years to come.

house, we use only the best trades possible. By choice we are a small
builder! By being small we do not have the overhead of layers of management,
and expensive advertising campaigns. So your money can be spent building
a better product! Further we the principles in the company (the people
that really care) have the time to stay involved in the entire construction
